Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Both JFin and JMe store data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Neither JFin nor JMe requires an account. You can start using the apps immediately after download.
How do I restore my data on a new device?
Since data is stored locally, you can transfer it using an iPhone backup through iCloud or iTunes/Finder when setting up your new device.
Can I cancel my JMe subscription?
Yes, anytime. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel your subscription.
Which iOS versions are supported?
Both apps support iOS 16 and later.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any purchase.

Neither JFin nor JMe collects or stores any user data on external servers. All app data is stored locally on your device.

To delete all app data, simply delete the app from your device. This will permanently remove all locally stored data including transactions, journal entries, and preferences.

If you have an active JMe subscription, deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions before deleting.
