Jayhope ("we", "us", "our") operates the JFin and JMe mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our apps.
We do not collect any personal information. Our apps do not require user accounts, do not track your location, and do not use analytics or advertising SDKs. All data you enter into JFin or JMe — including financial records, journal entries, and preferences — is stored exclusively on your device.
All app data is stored locally on your iOS device. We do not have access to, nor do we transmit, any of your data to external servers. Your information never leaves your device through our apps.
Our apps do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The only third-party service involved is Apple's App Store for downloading the app and processing subscription payments for JMe.
JMe offers subscription plans processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. All billing is managed by Apple according to their privacy policy and terms of service.
Our apps do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any user data, no special provisions are necessary.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

By downloading or using JFin or JMe ("the Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Apps.
JFin is a personal finance tracking application. JMe is a personal journaling application. Both apps are designed for personal, non-commercial use on iOS devices.
You are responsible for all data you enter into the Apps. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device to protect your data. You agree not to misuse the Apps or attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute them.
JMe offers subscription plans at $0.99/month, $9.99/year, or $29.99 for lifetime access. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device's Settings.
The Apps, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Jayhope and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Apps.
The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. JFin is not a substitute for professional financial advice. JMe is not a substitute for professional mental health services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jayhope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps, including but not limited to data loss.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Your data, your control.
Neither JFin nor JMe collects or stores any user data on external servers. All app data is stored locally on your device.
To delete all app data, simply delete the app from your device. This will permanently remove all locally stored data including transactions, journal entries, and preferences.
If you have an active JMe subscription, deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions before deleting.
If you believe any data associated with you exists and wish to request its deletion, please contact us through our support form or email us directly.
